I’m Sascha Loesche, founder of SL Training and your personal fitness coach in Zug. My mission is simple: to help you reach your goals with training that is effective, safe, and sustainable.
With years of experience in strength training, functional fitness, and rehabilitation, I bring both expertise and passion to every session. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, recover from an injury, or simply feel healthier and stronger, I’ll create a plan tailored to your unique needs.

My approach as your coach

I believe training should be personal, enjoyable, and designed for the long term. That’s why every session is adapted to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. I combine proven methods from strength training, physiotherapy, and functional movement to ensure results that last — not just quick fixes.

Sessions are available in the fully equipped NonStop Gym in central Zug, on my private rooftop training space, or outdoors in nature. Fluent in English and German, I work with clients from diverse backgrounds and guide them step by step toward success.
